Pricing & Billing Guidance

At EasyTaxBack, we believe in transparent and straightforward pricing to help you understand exactly what you’re paying for. Our fees are designed to reflect the personalised service and expertise you receive, especially in handling tax returns and CIS compliance for sole traders in the construction industry.

How Our Pricing Works

  • Variable Fee for Standard Tax Returns
We offer a competitive fee for preparing and submitting straightforward self-assessment tax returns, including CIS calculations. This covers the complete process from document review to final submission.

  • Additional Charges for Complex Returns
If your tax situation involves multiple income sources, expenses, or more complex CIS issues, additional fees may apply. We will always discuss and agree on any extra costs before proceeding.

  • No Hidden Fees
Our pricing is clear and inclusive. You won’t encounter unexpected charges or surprise fees.

When You’ll Be Billed

  • We require payment upon completion of your tax return preparation and prior to submission to HMRC.

  • For new clients, a deposit may be requested upfront, with the balance payable on completion.

  • We accept payments via bank transfer, card payments, or other secure methods as agreed.

How to Get a Quote

  • Contact us with details of your tax situation and any CIS involvement.

  • We’ll provide a personalised quote tailored to your needs.

  • If you decide to proceed, we’ll guide you through the documents required and next steps.
